Substitute for butter in a bread recipe?

I’m the worst/most inexperienced cook ever and have very limited food supplies, so I don’t have any of the more expensive oils or applesauce. I have a bread recipe that calls for 3 tbls of melted butter. Would olive or vegetable oil be alright to substitute? Could I skip out on the butter step entirely without ruining the whole thing? Help, please.

My boss has a 70-some year old client that makes these little sweet potato rolls that she puts ham in and brings in for us. I’m a vegetarian, so I don’t eat them, but I have tasted just the bread and it’s FANTASTIC. They’re dinner roll sized and literally melt in your mouth. Our client won’t give up her recipe, so I’m looking elsewhere!
Any ideas?

I accidentally picked up gulten free yeast and I dont want to drive back up to the store to exchange it. Can I use it in my regular bread recipe? Or do I need to find a special recipe that is compatible with the gluten free yeast?

I am unable to find almond oil in any store where I live (small town) and need to make a bread which calls for almond oil. I could only find almond extract. The recipe calls for 2 tablespoons of the oil. How much extract would I use in place of the oil?
Can I convert a yeast bread recipe into muffins?

I have a wonderful yeast bread recipe. It makes two loaves. I would like to make one loaf of bread, and use the rest to make muffins. Is this safe to do, or will it turn out as a disaster?
I don’t use muffin papers, so that isn’t a concern of mine. For making muffins or rolls, would I need to adjust the cook time or temperature at all?
Does anyone have a bread recipe with chocolate pudding mix as an ingredient?

I heard it’s suppose to be one of the best tasting meatloaf that way. I tried to find something like that on recipes.com and maybe I’m wording it wrong because nothing comes up. Does anyone know of a recipe using pork with beef? Thanks!
