My boyfriends mom make pita with egg in it and i love it so want to learn how to make it myself. what is the recipe for that?
I just asked my boyfriends cousin and thats the wrong one I guess she said its called sirnica pita the with with the egg in it.

Loading ...How to make pita bread chips come out softer?

I’m looking at something like this: http://www.diabetic-recipes.com/recipes/aug00_5.8.htm.
If they come out very crispy, how would I alter the recipe to make them softer? This may sound like a stupid question, and I suppose the obvious solution is to not put them in as long. However, I’m wondering if there’s some general rule for crispy vs. soft such as baking at a lower temperature for more time, or a higher temperature for a shorter amount of time. Or maybe altering the actual ingredients?

Ok so like 3 years ago I found this amazing recipe for pita bread online. But I lost the recipe and I can’t find it online. This is sad because that recipe was really great. Do you guys have any recipes? Post website if you can?
