We have an old fashion Bread Machine called Turbo Baker II – by Dak and we have a recipe book. However, we lost the manual on how to work the machine.
We put the ingredients in, and pressed Start. It went through a Kneading stage but stopped? (It’s been many years since we’ve done this-so we don’t remember if that was supposed to happen)
Ours has a process it goes through.. The Light is on the Kneading stage…it kneaded…then stopped…but the light has not moved on the bake.
After bake it will go to rise and then cool.
How long does it usually take?
Also, we put the water in last while adding the ingredients…is this bad?

On Thanksgiving, I made a cheese herb bread that was wonderful, but I lost the recipe and can’t find it online.
It used warm milk, warm water, a couple different spices- basil was one, cheese and I think it called for an egg, but I’m not sure about that.
Does anyone have a recipe like that or send me a link to one online? I would sure appreciate it.
