I am very concerned that my dog ate a whole loaf of White Bread!!! I t has been around 2.5 Hrs since the incident … Can you advise as to what could be the consequences???? PS Dog looks “very” Bloated…

i had a recipe years ago and it had white loaf bread for a topping the bread was cut in triangles and laid on top from what i can remember it seem like it was sorta like a chicken pot pie recipe with the bread topping cant remember if anything went on top of the bread like butter melted but i lost this recipe and would love to find it again

I’ve heard that if you look at a loaf of bread and it says “wheat” it doesn’t mean necessarily that it’s whole wheat (the really healthy stuff). What do you look at to determine if it’s the really healthy stuff? Is it in the ingredients somewhere?

I make loaves of bread in a bread machine. I often like to add various herbs, spices, flavorings, etc to make it fun. I’ve done Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, apple cinnimon, lemon and Splenda, chocolate mint, and others. Some of the attempts could have used some tweaking; dissolved mint candy instead of mint extract, too few lemons, subtle apple flavor, etc.
I thought about using chicken or beef bouillon powder for my next loaf. Is this a good idea? Has anyone done this before? How much should I use with 2 cups flour?
Any other wild, far-into-left-field, or other suggestions for additives?

Sometimes you can pay about 2euros for a loaf of bread.
I know that the shop brands are quite cheap around 40 cent.
But what is the cheapest you have seen in the last year.
You can include the Northern Ireland too if you want.
Be interesting to know the price difference in places.
