I’m making Pumpkin Spice Bread the recipe calls for a regular loaf pan but I would like to use mini loaf pans. How long do I bake them for?
(regular loaf directions) PREHEAT oven to 350° F, BAKE for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

I’m making pumpkin bread but I can’t find my loaf pan. What size/type pan could I use instead?
Here’s the recipe, it calls for three 7×3 loaf pans.

I only have one Nordic Ware loaf pan, but I have a recipe that makes three loaves. I am making pumpkin bread. Can I store the dough in the fridge while I bake each loaf separately? I really want to use the cute pan for all three loaves, but I do have regular loaf pans if I need to use the dough right away. Thanks!

I made a loaf of pumpkin quick bread. Now it’s done and it looks all sad and dumpy, and the sides are over crisp. Can I slice off the sides and then frost it with frosting? Can I slice it in half (length wise) and frost the center (layer-cake style)? Or will it crumble apart? It’s in the freezer now.

Can someone suggest some recipe/recipies for a loaf of bread – I do NOT have a machine or anything fancy, just the ability to follow directions, access to normal ingredients at walmart/frys, and a bread pan.
I am open to sweet/treat breads, or just something a little other than plain – like garlic bread, or I really don’t know – something else –
Already done banana bread hoping to avoid that, hoping to avoid nuts. thanks!!

FYI i never feed my dog any “human food”, she was in the basement where she always goes when there is no one home, and got the bread down from a shelf and ate the whole thing.

I left half a loaf of healthy looking wheat bread in my dorm for a week when I went home for thanksgiving break. When I came back, all the bread was a very pale white. There is no mold on it; unless the pale white texture is the mold. Why did that happen? Is it safe to eat?
