did i do ok on my diet? i feel like a did terrible…?

breakfast : one plum and one slice of garlic bread that had some cheese on it
lunch: soup ( cabbage carrot potato rice was in it and broth)
snack: this pumpkin muffin from panera and 1 chocolate chip bagel with honey nut cream cheese
dinner:salad (orange and yellow pepper onion lettuce and lemon and oliveoil as dressing and one chocolate chip bagel with honey nut cream chesse
FYI i am a vegetarian. also the cream cheese had nuts in it so didnt i get some protien? and how did i do today?
for exercise i was at the mall for maybe about 2 hours so i walked for about 2 hours i guess.
and before i sleep i plan on having a cup of 2%milk.
anyway how did i do today?

im a 16 y/o girl, 5’4”, 103 lbs.i feel like i really pigged out today ! ![]()
breakfast: 1/2 cup pure pumpkin(40 calories), 1 serving of oatmeal(150), 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese(80)
lunch: whole grain sub bun(200), fake-turkey slices(30), banana, few slices of tomato
snack: peach
dinner: 1 peice of whole wheat bread(70), 1/ 2c. brown rice, 8 oz homemade bean dip(175)
if i get hungry, ill have some steamed squash..
did i eat way too much? i feel like i totally pigged out:(
advice to be healthy?
My 6 y.o diagnosed with mood disorder is always hungry. Should I continue letting him eat like this?

My six year old has mood disorder and is on medications for it. He has gained 35 pounds in one year on Risperdal. Now they added Hydroxizyne to help him sleep. This got added about three weeks ago and I noticed a couple days after it started his appetite got excessively higher. All he wants to do is eat.
For example here is what he ate today so far and it is only 1:30….
7am two hotdogs, small can of shells with meatballs
8 two apples sliced up
9 another apple plus a pita bread with shredded cheese
10:30 big can of spaghettios, 2 more apples
1:00 pumpkin seeds, 2 more apples
That seems like so much food to me. He will beg and almost cry if I tell him to wait a while. I am not sure what to do. Should I continue letting him eat like this? If not then what can I do to curb his appetite a little bit?
I am not sure what is up with the apples. He eats them two at a time about four times a day. That is his thing lately. Apples and pears.
He turned six in July. He weighs about 82 pounds.
As long as he is eating he is happy.
He is on Risperdal, Celexa, Hydroxizyne, and Clonidine. Since the Risperdal a year and a half ago he has gained 35 pounds. Since the Hydroxyzine was added about three weeks ago I notice his appetite is even larger.

May 4th
shoot this whole week I’ve been eating badly. Cake, cookies, pie,pancakes… I’ve been going to the gym almost every day for an hour and a half to 2 hours, but I feel like I’m going to gain so much weight. Today so far I have eaten pancakes with syrup, a few fruit loops without milk, a piece of pumpkin pie, whole wheat bread with hummus,…I’m going to the gym now. Hopefully I can fit in about 2 hours before they close. omg I feel really badly about this..but then again I don’t eat like this all year round. In fact I am able to avoid sweets completely until around Christmastime. Does anyone feel like this? How can I feel better? lol

im trying to maintain my weight.
for lunch i had:
a salad made of spinach, carrots, cucumber, onion, a little avacado, a few grapes and a few black olives
then i had about 3/4 cups pumpkin puree sprinkled with cinnamon, stevia and nutmeg
along with 1 slice whole wheat bread with 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter and 1/2 banana
is this healthy? good for maintaing weight?
