Can I make stuffing from french bread?

I have a lot of french bread that I dont want to waste. I would like to make stuffing from it. Do you just cut it in cubes and toast it in the oven? Will it be the same as the unseasoned stuffing cubes you buy in the store? I like to add my own seasoning and it seems wasteful to buy it if I have all this french bread.

The question says it all. Every time I come here I DOWN the POG juice and I seem to have diarrhea on a consistent basis. Thinking it is the POG juice but still not sure. All I’ve been eating is Ahi sashimi, sweet bread with some ham and mayo, and drinking POG.
just FYI….I eat sashimi all the time back home…sweetbread and ham is yumm…

Please some easy recipes I can duplicate for party food. We had Kofta at a local restaurant and loved it. I found a recipe for that. Question on that is do you mix lamb and beef or just do one or the other? I can get Hummus and Pita Bread pre-made. We had 5 different sauces at dinner I have no idea what they were. I know one was Tahini Sauce. Your help would be appeciated. Thanks – Shukran
Loved Egypt. Went with a tour goup called Gate 1. Everything was super!! The only things I did not like was the long flight from NY to Cairo and the barganing in the Markets. That got old fast. I like a price on things!

By adding an enzyme to turn the starches into sugars has anyone done this before? I plan on doing just that but could use a little help….
The 5 day old bread would be delivered to me as a donation. Thus no expenditure or fuel burned in getting this item.
