i made two loafs yesterday, i used a dark non stick pan and used butter spray on the bottom of the pan. the first one came out burnt on the bottom and sides. the second one i decreased the cook time, i checked it at an hour of cooking and it seemed perfect the middle and the top looked great. well when i took it out of the pan, the bottom and the sides were burnt. what can i do? change the pan? i need some ideas, please help

Houiiiii, right…not long I went on a very strict diet of salads, cereals and fruits and veggies
It lasted a few months until the summer and then BAM i was eating chocolate, bread and sweets like a mad woman
I can’t stop it either. I eat like 4 slices of bread and jam…then I have like 10 digestives
I’m 5ft 4/5 and about 9stone 5lbs
I need to stop this, its getting out of control! I just can’t help the temptation and i give in 
Any helpful advice? Diet plans? Alternatives?
