I work in a very poor bakery, and while I hope they will be able to purchase some basic equipment soon, at the moment I need some ideas that don’t require very much machinery. I’d love to make some good, from-scratch cinnamon rolls, but everything I’ve come across so far requires a bread machine or a food processor. Obviously, cinnamon rolls were being made before there were bread machines, but the recipes just tell me to use the ‘dough’ function and don’t give me an idea of what is going on during that time! I’m willing to hand-knead the dough myself, but I could use some guidance.
Sorry for the long and rambling question. I’ve got several trains of thought going on right now.

My mom gave me her Welbilt bread machine, style ABM 2900 a while ago and I can’t remember if she gave me the manual, as well. I’ve looked everywhere for it and can’t find it. I’d really like to start using it but can’t. She has since passed on, so I obviously can’t ask. I’ve tried googling for it, but the only thing I’ve found is the common “where can I find it?” So, does anyone have any ideas? I’m really kind of frustrated. Please help!

i have no idea what site it originated from. i can tell you it required 4 bananas and there was a 15 minute waiting period after mashing the bananas. if anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.

My dad grew up eating C-ration canned bread in the mid-60s. My grandmother use to buy them at Sunbeam bakery. I’m hoping to get a description of the taste and texture so i can try to recreate it for him. All I can get out of my dad is that it was dense bread that was delicious. Thanks for any help. (P.S. they no longer make this bread, the tins you buy on ebay is vintage bread, I’m wanting edible bread)
