on a typical day

breakfast= dannon light n fit yogurt
snack= apple
lunch at school= peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
lunch at home= something my mother made, example: rice/any type of meat// pasta// buritto// and some fruit with skim milk
snacks till dinner= fruit, pretzels and or yogurt
dinner= same as lunch with some more fruit
