Have I eaten too much today?
I am fourteen, female, 90 pounds, 5″4.
Breakfast:
1 cup plain cheerios
8oz milk with chocolate protein powder
banana
Lunch:
peanut butter, 3/4 of a banana, and jelly sandwich on two slices whole grain wheat bread.
I was full before I finished the sandwich but I ate the rest anyway. Since I feel bad about doing that I’m having a light dinner this evening consisting of a sweet potato and some home-made guacamole. Will probably drink some milk, too.
But I feel kinda bad about eating the whole sandwich after I wasn’t hungry anymore…should I be beating myself up for this?

It depends on what time you ate the breakfast and what time you ate the lunch. Your meals are supposed to be at 6 am 12 and 6 pm. If you were full before eating all the sandwhich you should have stopped eating the sandwhich. If you are trying to lose weight I would suggest not drinking milk. Milk has loads of sugars. Drinking milk ever so often is okay though. Hope I helped:)

Ask yourself how much energy have you exerted. Did your last meal cover the amount of energy used, and what will you be doing the rest of the day. If your a desk jockey and love food, you might want to consider working cardio on a daily basis. If you have a fairly active life style then dont be too concerned about your food intake. Eat what’s only necessary unless you dont mind putting on a few lbs.

You’re thin so you have nothing to worry about. You should eat more.

You obviously have an unhealthy relationship with food. Looking at your other questions confirms that.
