did i eat healthy today? weight maitenence?
breakfast- cinnamon raison roll (200 calories, 2 g. fat, no saturated), a bowl of blueberries/strawberries, scrambled eg whites with fat free cheese, 2 glasses of water
lunch- turkey sandwich on whole grain organic bread, apple, light&fit yogurt, diet lemon snapple iced tea
snack- granola bar, iced coffe w/skim milk and splenda
dinner- home made chicken fajitas, water
snack- 1/2 cup edys strawberry fro-yo
all together it came to be around 1500-1600 calories
for exercise i jogged two miles, 100 crunches, leg toning exercises, and i walked around a lot during the day
did i do well? im not trying to lose weight, just be healthy. i am 5’3, 105-108 lbs and 13 yrs old

wow thats a lot of food :/ but you did loads of exercise so its ok i guess, i wish i was as skinny as you

It really is not that much at all, 1500-1600 calories is like nothing so dont worry and just exercise and eat healthy. Instead of fro-yo which is all sugar eat a small protein bar so you get protein and something sweet. Your lunch is little and not that many calories at all, everything seems pretty normal
