I have lost 15 pounds in a month and half just by cutting back on bread…..and pasta…..substitute bread with lettuce and crackers….your planned meals don’t sound bad though. Good luck.

It is a great plan…but try to eat a more at dinner. You need more vitamins, and dinner is the place to do it. A nice balanced meal there should do you well. A fruit smoothie would be a GREAT afternoon snack though.
And how long until you see results? Maybe in about 2 months. You should see your weight start to drop about 2 weeks after you start this.
GOOD LUCK!

Ok the water increase will really help…no soda even if it’s diet…supplement the water with juice or lowfat milk during meals…
Tracking your calories and increasing your physical activity will do much better than starving yourself…depending on your current weight, your metabolic rate at rest, and your weight loss goal your calorie intake should be between 1400 and 1800 calories a day after exercise…that would be safe…with that in mind you’re dinner plan is way too skimpy…add a salad with low fat or fat free dressing (vinaigrette works well) and plenty of green veggies…not just lettuce…when you feel hungry…snack on negative calorie foods (anything that has fewer calories than what your body burns trying to process it)….
Your first month will generally show your biggest weight loss…DO NOT TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT TOO FAST…generally you can figure averaging 1 to 2.5 pounds a week to start then leveling out to 1/2 to 1 pound a week until you reach a HEALTHY weight…

I would add one more snack. And I would try to get your protein early in the morning with breakfast. That way your metabolism will speed up for the whole day.

I think you need more veggies- just for health reasons- or at least a multivitamin(tip:sneak some veggies in your smoothie if you don’t like them- that way you won’t know you are eating them!)
you shouldn’t be eating the same thing everyday- you will get bored and break the diet…
on that topic you shouldn’t really diet anyway- just make better choices in what you eat forever- studies show that the more you diet the more you gain!!
I also think you should have the shake for breakfast- you need something to kick start your metabolism and give you energy in the morning so you don’t end up hungry- i would eat the pb sandwich at dinner and have the fruit pairing be the snack
to reduce boredom I would switch things up- maybe make up 5 meals like this and rotate them.
You should also go online and try to calculate the amount of calories you need to maintain your current weight and subtract from that and then you will have an idea of how many calories you have to work with when you make up your menus.
It also helps to have healthy snacks around the house(fruits/veggies/nuts) so when you feel like you have to eat something or you will kill then you will break your routine with a few nuts and an apple instead of 3 snickers bars!!
another tip- if you are hungry eat a small snack and wait even if you are still hungry and within 10 or 15 mins you won’t feel hungry anymore- it just takes a lil while for your brain to catch up with what you have eaten.
another quick tip- SOUP soup is so good for when you crave something flavorful that will fill you up and know you need to get veggies in.
also- FIBER it fills you up, doesn’t add any calories, and keeps your intestines clean and polyp free(important to health but gross)
