Those who are interested in mens health should know that lack of zinc in a male body can cause rather serious problems. Here are some of them: prostate, impotence, reduced sperm count. If zinc is not enough for a boy, who only is going to reach sexual maturity, incomplete development of the penis and testicles is possible. Within mens health sexologists advise their patients to take zinc tablets or vitamins, daily intake of 15 mg. The following foods contain zink most of all: pumpkin seeds, nuts, wheat germ, raw eggs, oysters, various meat products. According to numerous studies, a list of products is composed which adversely affect mens health; these are bread and brewers yeast, coffee, tomatoes, foods with high sugar content (chocolate, candies), milk with higher fat content. Foods that are processed with special preservatives to increase their storage life have a negative impact on mens health. Although the negative effect is achieved by a “big dose” of such products. If men take care about their mens health they should refuse such products as canned meat, bacon, sausages, smoked fish, beverages containing large amounts of sugar (Pepsi, Coca-Cola, etc.), canned fruits and vegetables, chewing gum. Alcohol influences mens health too. It is worth to note that drinking of 100 grams of various intoxicating beverages enhances male sexual desire, although a large dose only makes the situation worse.
