Why does this happen when I eat? (I can’t finish what’s in my mouth)?

I’m 15, fairly thin and never had an eating problem, if anything I eat too much. (Thank God for my metabolism.)
Sometimes when I’m eating though (Recently, past two weeks) it could be something as small as a piece of toast, halfway through I feel like if I swallow what’s in my mouth I’m going to barf. I’ve tried forcing it down but I gag and toss it up. (Not throw-up but just what was in my mouth, it comes back up my throat)
A few minutes ago I was munching on a piece of my mom’s warm home-made bread and then as I was chewing I thought to myself “My goodness, I swear if I swallow I’m going to throw up.” I had to spit it in my hand and race to a trash can. After that feeling I can’t drink either. Well I haven’t tried but I get that sick feeling if I pick up a glass so I just don’t try.
Why do you think this is?

Hi there. Im planning on making my own almond and grain milks at home so I can have complete control on what goes into the mixture. My only concern is that these may not last too long, granted they are heated to 180 degrees during the mixing process. What can I use to act as a preservative without altering the taste that is not a synthetic or chemically modified product? The more organic, the better. I could also use a tip on what is the best method on preserving yeast breads and other baked goods that may not necessarily be used within a week.

What does eating too much white bread do?

I eat about 8 slices a day. Should I cut down? Also, I read that eating too much carbs slows your growth rate or something like that, I’m small for my age so if I cut down, down to 2, then will I see a change in my height? I’m 16 years old. 5ft 3″

I have found several recipes but I find it a bit strange to have whole savoury eggs in their shells in what is essentially a sweet bread! Are these just for decoration or are they meant to be eaten too?

To make this sweet bread, can I get rid of the rum ingredient or substitute it?

8 cups flour
8 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 tbs. oil
2 cups milk
50 gr. yeast (2 pkgs)
1 tbs. salt
1 tbs. rum
vanilla extract
1 lemon scraped skin
Since it’s only 1 tbps, I thought that maybe just getting rid of it wouldn’t make too bad of a difference. I don’t have rum, (or can legally buy it) so my options are that or substituting it.
Also, can I substitute the lemon skin with orange skin?
