I was wondering, what are you favorite bread machine recipes? I know, I can easily make it by hand, but it’s just easier to make it in my bread machine, I’ve made most of my recipes in the manual. So, any of your favorite recipes? Thanks!

We have an old TurboBaker II by Dak. We hadn’t used it in a long time, but recently my husband has been told to go on a gluten free diet. So in an effort to save a little money (in the long-run) we decided to try making our own bread. I’ve got a number of online recipes but our first effort was a sodden lump that wasn’t cooked in the center.
Considering the cost of ingredients… which is pretty amazing… I don’t want too many such baking disasters that just end up getting tossed out. Do I need to get a new bread machine or can anyone give me some tips to make what I have work? And if I do need a new machine, any recommendations on the best brands that work with gluten free recipes?

I bought all fresh ingredients… including the yeast. The machine seems to be working… I’ve seen no signs that any of the stages aren’t working right.

I have a bread machine and i have the brand called Welbilt. Can any please help me figure out how to turn it on and off. Plus i need help figuring how to work it. And if you have some quick bread recipes, i would really be thankful if you give the recipe to me.Thank you so much=)

My HItachi automatic bread machine ll model B102 needs a replacement mixer blade. Where do I go to get one ? I guess they no longer make replacement parts but someone somewhere must have one that I could buy. Can you help ?

I use a recipe with wholemeal plain flour protein 11.2g and lupin flour protein 39g per 100g and 2 teaspoons yeast. Bread has risen but not evenly and the top looks like a craggy mountain range?
Any suggestions why.

I love their sandwiches but I want to make my own with their bread recipe, I know there is no real recipe but what is the closet one? I don’t have a bread machine, so is that a problem? What kind of ingredients they use, ex. what type of lettuce, mayo and more to get the same taste. Thanks
