Bread Machine?
Looking for some help,
I have a Bread Machine that I aquired and it didn’t come with instructions. I would like to know should I hand mix the dough first and put in the machine and set it and let it work that way:
Or do I put the ingredients into the machine and let the machine work the dough itself?
Someone please help me.

you put the ingredients in wet first then dry then yeast and let the machine do the mixing

the machine will take care of everything, from start to finish. you can get pre made mixes at the grocery, or google some bread recipes. i love mine and use it at least once a week.

Put liquids in first, dry ingredients in next, and the bread machine yeast last – make sure the yeast doesn’t touch the liquids until the bread machine starts doin’ its thing or the whole loaf goes pfffft.

Most likely the above answers are all you need, but a couple more notes: there are some older model machines that you put the dry ingredients first, the liquids last. These machines are easy to identify, as the bread pan comes out separate from the blade/paddle and gasket, so when the pan is out of the machine there is a huge hole in the bottom.
Next, regardless of what machine you get, very few have ever succeeded in being true set-it-and-forget-it appliances. After you dump everything in and start the machine, come back after 5 minutes of mixing and see if you need to spatula flour out of the corners. If you don’t do this, your loaves end up with hard, floury, dry, nasty corners.
