I ate really bad today, what do you think? (CHOCOLATE!!!)?
May 9th
Okay, I’m really trying to lose ten pounds, but today I ate really unhealthy.
Breakfast: i serving of oatmeal and an apple.
snack: Kashi flax seed pumpkin granola bar…. it’s something like that
Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, apple, organic granola bar
Then, I went to wal-mart with one of my friends and she bought a bag of chips ahoy mini chocolate chip cookies. I think i ate about seven of those.
THEN I had one of the twix bars from a package.
I walked for about thirty minutes when i got home, because i felt the need to burn off some energy.
But when I got home, I noticed some hershey kisses on the kitchen table, and I think I’ve had about ten of them in all.
I’ve had a slice of whole wheat bread, and then a lettuce on whole wheat bread sandwich.
I also had another apple.
AHHHH! I ate WAY too much today.
what do I do??
:[
I had so much chocolate today, and yet, I want a big cup of hot chocolate right now.
HELP i blew it! Is my 1200-1500 cal. diet still safe if I’m carefull the rest of the day???
May 9th
Ugh…
For breakfast I was bad and had a piece of pumpkin-spice cake stuff someone baked at work.
THEN …my work catered lunch. Italian.. nothing but carbs carbs and more carbs, and I was hungry :’(
I had a BIG piece if garlic bread ( exact size and shape of a frozen french bread pizza) …. 1 seafood ravioli… 3 sausage filled torilini thingys… and a scoop of cheese tortilinis….. and a large m&m cookie.
If I walk my dog 30 minutes and then do my eliptical 45 min (burns about 450-500 cal) … then just have 2 soft boiled eggs for dinner, do you think i should be ok and still in my 1200-1500 calorie range????
This stuff is just about impossible to calculate since it was catered =(
