Ingredients
2 teaspoon salt,
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar,
7g lard,
600g Strong whole wheat bread flour,
350 ml tepid water (20C – 25C),
15g fresh bakers yeast.
Method
place salt, sugar and lard into your breadmaker.
Add water (tip, use 50ml boiling water and 3000ml cold water to get the correct temperture)
Add flour then the yeast (unless you breadmaker instructions differ)
select brown/wholemeal/wholewheat bread setting or follow are basic tin bread guide
